Galaxy Web Solutions was founded in Bristol in 2004 with a straightforward belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of hosting as large enterprises, delivered by people who actually care about their customers.
Unlike the vast majority of hosting companies — who simply resell server space bought from large data centres — we own and operate our own hardware from our own colocation rack. That means when something goes wrong, we fix it directly. No escalating to a third party. No passing the buck.
