Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Galaxy Web Solutions services. By using our services you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use our services to host, distribute or transmit: illegal content; content that infringes intellectual property rights; spam or unsolicited email; malware, viruses or hacking tools; content that promotes violence or hate speech.
3. Network abuse
You must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our network or any other network. This includes port scanning, DDoS attacks and unauthorised access attempts.
4. Resource usage
Shared hosting accounts must not use excessive server resources that impact other customers. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that degrade shared server performance.
5. Email
Our services must not be used to send bulk unsolicited email (spam). We operate strict anti-spam policies and will immediately suspend accounts found to be sending spam.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
7. Reporting
To report abuse, email abuse@galaxywebsolutions.co.uk with full details including timestamps and evidence.
