1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Galaxy Web Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") services. By purchasing or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration, streaming services and related products. Service specifications are as described on our website at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Services are billed in advance on the billing cycle selected at signup. Invoices are due on the date issued. We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid after 7 days.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and dedicated servers are non-refundable once provisioned. Streaming services are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime on all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Data and privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of AUP violation, non-payment or fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
